If you're an employee download a choice form and the fund letter (also known as the compliance letter). To check if you're eligible ask your employer or read all about Super Choice.

If your employer is in the hospitality, tourism, recreation and sport industries, chances are they may already be with us. If they are a participating employer with HOSTPLUS then they can contribute superannuation payments on your behalf to us and you will become a HOSTPLUS member. They will either forward your name, address and date of birth to us or ask you to fill in an application form contained in our Member Guide Product Disclosure Statement (1.84MB). We will then send you a membership card and other useful information.

If your employer is not with HOSTPLUS, they can set up an account with us by contacting a representative in their state. Ask them to call 1300 HOSTPLUS (1300 467 875) or refer them to how to join for employers.
