It's easy to become a HOSTPLUS participating employer.

If you would like to talk to HOSTPLUS about becoming a participating employer, contact your state representative below, or alternatively call 1300 HOSTPLUS (1300 467 875). We can explain the benefits and services of HOSTPLUS and answer any questions you may have.

If you would like to apply to join, you will need to fill in an application form found in the Employer Guide Product Disclosure Statement. Simply complete and return the form to us and we will register your business. We will send you a confirmation letter and helpful information on how to make contributions.

If you wish to send a payment with your application form please ensure you supply the full name, address and date of birth details for all employees you are contributing for. You will also need to specify the contribution amounts from you (the employer) and any other amounts from your employees (ie. voluntary contributions).
