The HOSTPLUS trustee aims to resolve all complaints within 90 days of receipt. However, if you are not satisfied with either the way HOSTPLUS handles your complaint or its resolution, you may contact the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT). The SCT is an independent body set up by the Commonwealth Government to assist in resolving certain types of complaints. You can contact the SCT on 1300 780 808 for the cost of a local call. Please note that there are certain criteria and time limits as to when a complaint can be lodged with the SCT.
