Working for an employer who's registered with HOSTPLUS? Just complete the ‘Membership form’ at the back of the Member Guide. Simple.

If your employer is with HOSTPLUS, they may just create an account on your behalf (provided you haven’t given them any other preferred super fund details) that they can then make contributions to. To enjoy all the benefits of membership, you should still complete the ‘Membership Form’ in the Member Guide. We can then send you a membership card and other useful information.

If your employer is not with HOSTPLUS, they can set up an account with us by contacting a representative in their state. Ask them to call 1300 HOSTPLUS (1300 467 875) or refer them to how to join for employers.

Even if your employer is not with HOSTPLUS, you may still join under super choice legislation, by completing the ‘Personal Super Plan Membership form’ in the Member Guide. Once you’ve received confirmation of your membership, you'll also need to complete a Standard Choice Form and submit this to your employer so they can make contributions to your account. They might also require a copy of our compliance letter.

If you are self-employed, or would like to join to receive spouse contributions, complete the ‘Personal Super Plan Membership form’ in the Member Guide.
