ADVISER ONLINE PORTAL
We aim to make it as simple as possible for you to support your clients. That’s why we’ve created an Adviser Online portal. You can access up-to-date client information through this portal, removing the need to call to obtain this information.
Hostplus Adviser Online is your gateway to:
- view a benefit quote on the member's account
- initiate online access for your support staff
- lodge an advice fee request (coming in April 2026)
- upload member and adviser forms digitally
- generate account summaries and Centrelink schedules
