The personal information we are seeking to collect from you is your name, postcode, date of birth, contact details, preferred date and time of contact and whether you are a member of Hostplus. If you do not provide us with this information, we may not be able to carry out these instructions. The Hostplus privacy policy is available here and includes information about how you may access and seek correction of your personal information as well as how you can make a complaint about a breach of your privacy.
Hostplus has engaged Industry Fund Services Limited (IFS) ABN 54 007 016 195, AFSL 32514 to facilitate the provision of personal financial advice to members of Hostplus including via the web-based platform SuperSmart.
